Out of Taklimakan

This is a travelogue-style adventure novel that strives to break the conventions of conventional novels. It has prose-style writing, a natural and loose structure, an explosive structure hidden in the calm narrative, and a sudden plot advancement. It has an estimated word count of 150,000 and is divided into three parts: Dawn in the Wasteland, Sunset in the Lonely City, and Cold Moon in the Sky, with about fifty chapters. The main line is a desert adventure involving the protagonist Mo Yang who is at a low point in his life.
