You Are My Sky

They met through an introduction arranged by friends of their parents.

Their romance began when he traveled to her school to visit her.

The purity and honesty of a college student seemed like a fine match.

Just as their parents began making wedding plans,

they broke up.

Was her reserve really to blame? Hadn't he said he would respect and cherish her?

Then why did he make her, lost in happiness, witness such a cruel side of him?

Why give her such a ridiculous excuse?

She may have been weak, but she could never tolerate betrayal.

So breaking up was the best ending, even though he repeatedly tried to win her back.

Back then, he thought she was too decisive, giving him no chance to explain or make amends,

far too heartless.

Now he fully understands how she felt.

He has come to realize, painfully and deeply, how much she deserved to be cherished,

and that he had never forgotten her.

But he doesn't know whether the girl he loves can give him one more chance.
