Remember Nightmares

No matter when, I will dream about a past event. Although this past event has been cut off in reality, it still continues in the dream, so it is a nightmare, a past that I long to get rid of. I dreamed about it again last night, and I woke up determined to write about it. Writing it down would be another way for me to get rid of it. I have tried many methods, but I can't completely eliminate it. The nightmare is haunting and there is no peace.
