Kun Dao

Kun: Earth hexagram image, upper Kun and lower Kun pure Yin hexagram. The hexagram Kun is bright and soft, a genuine virtuous being; it carries all things thickly, runs endlessly and advances without boundaries, and has the image of smoothness. The six lines of Kun and Kun are all empty, with broken images, light and dark, framed, and still. Xuanmen cultivators have a distinction between Qian Dao and Kun Dao. Qian is male and Kun is female. The journey of self-cultivation is a long one. If you persevere, your spiritual roots will emerge. All aspects of life are outside of me. Outside the three realms, feel free and at ease! Things in the world are unpredictable and life is ever-changing. You are watching a play, but little do you know that that day you become a character in the play. No matter what happens, the most important thing is our mentality, our principles and bottom line as a human being, and our choices.
