The Fake Imperial Consort Takes on the Palace

Fan Shiyuan, a young woman in the prime of her life, was watching a Thai drama called Magic Bed on her computer when the magical bed on screen, said to carry people through time, mysteriously swept her into the Hua Yi Dynasty, a kingdom absent from the history books. On her first day there, she fell into the lotus pond at Meiyun Manor. Then the old manor lord adopted her as his sworn daughter, making her the manor's second-in-command, a position everyone envied.

But the title of second-in-command wasn't enough for her. Under the noble banner of “upholding justice and ridding the people of evil,” she disguised herself as a consort dowager and infiltrated the heavily guarded imperial palace, becoming a revered consort dowager in her own right.

What adventures will she have as a modern woman in this unfamiliar dynasty? What earth-shaking things will she get up to in the imperial harem? The story of a “fake” consort dowager turning the palace upside down is about to begin. Stay tuned...
