I Can't Leave You and Forget You

Sitting alone on the beach, I remembered the past and unknowingly had tears in my eyes. At night, I looked up at the stars in the sky. I thought of the joy we had catching silver fireflies together and reminiscing about the past. Do you still remember the Christmas night last winter? You wanted to make up for my birthday/want me to spend it happily. I will always remember it. Still remember the past Remember? Remember? On the day you leave I didn't go to see you off. You don't know the reason why I didn't go.
