My Sweet Love with You

As Jiang Zheng's mother, Yuan Zhan, was leaving, she held her daughter's hand and left her with just one thing to remember: “If you're a good girl, live bravely. Smile and be happy. Don't go begging your father.” Jiang Zheng remembered every word her mother had said. No matter how hard life got, even when she was ostracized at her grandmother's house, she never once thought of seeking out her biological father, Jiang Yaonian. When Jiang Zheng was nine, her grandmother looked at her with a gaze as sharp as a knife. “I want you to swear that if you go looking for your father, you'll die a horrible death. You'll get run over by a car the moment you step outside.” Her grandmother's face was resolute. When Jiang Zheng was sixteen, her grandmother's eyes were gentle as she held her hand. “Listen to Grandma. Give your father a call...” But it wasn't for Jiang Zheng's sake. Her aunt wore a tender smile as she took Jiang Zheng's hand. “You and your little sister both got into college, but you know what our family can afford. Zhengzheng, it's not that your aunt doesn't want you to go, it's just that we don't have the money...” * There is someone who appears in your life like Santa Claus, granting all your wishes, though you've never met him. Whenever she gets hurt, a long-legged uncle appears by her side, but they never get to know each other... Winter always passes, and spring will surely come.
