“Sis, I’m pregnant. Give your brother-in-law to me.” And so, Mai Mai gave up her fiancé.
“I’ll deal with your sister. Don’t even think about leaving me! Besides, everything you’ve eaten, worn, and used all these years came from my family. We raised you like a princess so you could become my wife. Now you want to leave? Can you ever repay what you owe me?”
And so, Mai Mai began living on meager food and working hard to pay off her debt. She was going to leave him without owing him a thing, not even a shred of affection!
“I may be stupid and poor, but I still want to be happy. I’d rather be stupid and poor than buy happiness with my dignity.” And so, Mai Mai walked out of the rich man’s home alone.
“He and I are like a streetlamp and a star. The streetlamp might break, but the star will always be there. So you’ll never be alone, unless you forget to look up.”
“Silly woman, if you want, you can have everything I own.”
“Little fool, I’ll build you a paradise with my own two hands.”
It turned out someone had been waiting there all along.
It turned out paradise lay in that man’s hands.
Feng Maimai is a silly woman. She has no idea how glamorous it is to wear a Tiffany bracelet or drive a BMW, and she even divorces wealthy Rong Tianyue to be with Li Honglang, who has neither parents nor family. She turns down a million-yuan mansion and insists on living in a “wild man’s cave” in the middle of nowhere.
Her younger sister, Feng Suisui, is a clever woman. After scheming and plotting with all her might, she finally steals the princess’s place from Feng Maimai and becomes the young mistress of a wealthy family in her stead. She thinks she has gotten herself a golden treasure, but she has no idea it is a fake.
That silly woman, meanwhile, stumbles into finding paradise and helps the man she loves find himself again.
Trust Lulu: this “silly woman” is sure to bring you a wonderful, moving story unlike any other.
