Rereading: Meeting 14 Writers in a Café
Literature重读:在咖啡馆遇见14个作家
Tangnuo
Better reading than an infinite list. The sixteen articles included in this book, sentence by sentence, were all written by the author in a cafe in Taipei at fixed times and places over several years. Unbridled thoughts about those great works that should be read again and again, about the themes and values of happiness that are being lost today, and even more about ourselves. Facing the infinite list of books and life, re-reading is rather a stop and turn back midway, to think clearly about what you want to get close to, what you see, and why you set out. Therefore, the so-called encounter is actually a guaranteed encounter: in the real world, good things disappear as quickly as they come. You have to search high and low and prepare yourself.

五月天的摇滚本事:谁也夺不走,我们做梦的自由
Zou Xiaoying
This book uses time as the axis, from Mayday's debut, hiatus, to entering the mainland market, becoming the king of concerts, and conquering the Bird's Nest. It selects its albums and iconic events as milestones, recalls the resonance that Mayday's music brought to listeners, analyzes the secrets behind Mayday's epic success, and incorporates the flow of social consciousness, the laws of the fan economy, and the popularity of rock and other pop music culture into the narrative process. Through this book, music fans can gain an in-depth understanding of Mayday's tortuous and exciting musical journey and stories since his debut, and at the same time look back on his youth. While the author tells the story in smooth and lively writing style, he also uses his deep understanding of popular culture to subtly embed taste and style into the text, making it easy to read without losing elegance.

Ru Zhijuan Wang Anyi
Ru Zhijuan and Wang Anyi are rare mother-daughter writers in contemporary Chinese literary circles. They have a lasting and far-reaching influence in the literary world. In 1983, they were invited to participate in the "Iowa International Writing Project" in the United States. Later, they gave lectures and traveled to the east and west coast of the United States. Along the way, the two recorded what they saw, heard and thought. Their works are not only descriptions of exotic scenery, but also their "personal opinions" on various aspects of American society; their depictions of the Chinese American world, especially international students, and their descriptions of friendships with writers and literary friends. Time has passed, and the people and events in the book have already become a precious historical souvenir. Mother and daughter Ru Zhijuan and Wang Anyi visited the United States. Although the journey was the same, due to their different experiences, they had different feelings. Looking back at the past, there are very few books that can simultaneously capture the thoughts of two important writers of contemporary Chinese literature, and do so by recording trivial but intimate words such as the neon lights in Chicago, the frozen beef in Wal-Mart, and the knitted sweaters and jeans in the window. Such words unintentionally reflect the spiritual outlook of Chinese intellectuals at that time. Historical hindsight makes the contrast between the mother and daughter's perspectives in the book quite meaningful.

The content of "Those Reluctant Love and Loneliness: Selected Love Letters of Zhu Xiang": "In the sprouting spring, I want to embroider a suit of clothes to show mercy, with red beans and two mandarin ducks on it -" This is an old-style marriage, but also a brand-new love, and everything starts with a new name - "Nijun". The poet Zhu Xiang gave such a smoke-like dream-like name to his married wife, perhaps it was the poet's sustenance for love!

Zhu Xiang
This book is a collection of love letters by the poet Zhu Xiang. The nearly one hundred excerpted letters were written by Zhu Xiang to his wife Liu Nijun during his two years in the United States. In these letters, Zhu Xiang not only expressed his pain of missing his beloved wife in China and his deep love for her, but also provided meticulous care and guidance for her and her children's life at home. At the same time, what he talked about most was the difficulty of making a living. The long-term financial constraints cast a shadow on the two separated couples, but this was also an unavoidable topic for them.

"People Outside the Family" is a prose book written by Xiao Hong. I squatted on the tree, gradually getting a little scared, the sun also set; the leaves rustled; the pedestrians walking on the street outside the wall were as dark as shadows; the doors and windows of the houses in the courtyard turned into black holes, and wild cats ran and screamed on the wall next to me.

In this essay, the author provides us with memories that many people today have long forgotten. He did not use his pen and ink to dump the past, but carefully sorted out the road he had walked and the different shades of footprints he left on the road, and we can use this to listen to the wind and rain of an era. Calm narration, rich emotions, poetic language, and careful thinking make the work uniquely charming.

Luyin
"Guiyan" is filled with the extreme sadness and heavy mood of Lu Yin, who has lost her husband and is lonely and helpless. Lu Yin uses the mouth of the heroine Ren Jing to describe her painful struggle between internal forces (inner emotional needs, personality liberation, etc.) And external forces (social norms, public opinion, ethics, etc.). "Guiyan" marks the transformation of Lu Yin's thoughts and life. Her outlook on life began to shift from extreme sadness to passionate pursuit. However, on the other hand, she did not dare to break the barriers of ethics, so her emotions were tangled. Her contradictions, sorrow and helplessness all reveal the hard struggle between return and break away. Lu Yin wanders between love and reason, old love and new love, sadness and happiness.

This book is a growth collection of a high school international student. It describes the young girl's study abroad in the United States and her wonderful travels in Iceland and other places: singing in a New York karaoke bar, studying hard under the dormitory lamp; standing in the cold wind of late winter, guiding marathon runners; On the seaside of Iceland, one step from Europe to America... These words from a foreign country make people feel like the spring breeze blowing on their faces, crisp and warm, and their eyes are filled with green grass, brilliant flowers, singing kingfishers and the gurgling river under the blue sky and white clouds...

Ningning Road was full of people. I saw myself in my early thirties when I was worried and thinking about my novel in progress. At that time, I thought that my old life had come to an end. I looked so young now. I saw myself holding my daughter and bending down. I saw Tang Nuo talking to the big-headed girl, I saw Tianwen who was in a trance when he was twenty-two years old, wearing a long coat with two chest-length braids, I saw Grandpa Hu Lancheng with the corners of his robe raised as he walked quickly, I saw my parents in their prime, I saw Hongzhi Xuan Yi and Li held A Pu's back, Dachun Meiyao and two-year-old Zhang Rong, Ding Yamin, Lu Fei, Yi Du Zhiwei, Huang Zongying, these young friends, old Jiao Jiao Xiongping liked to go into the glass shop more than me, Wu Jiwen and Huang Jinshu, who were both similar to each other, My good friend at that time was Xiao Weizheng Lao Xiao, my favorite at that time was Zheng Ying from the Israeli army, Zhengyi Xiaozheng and his family, Liwen Naijingma Ge, Junying and Hou Zi who were the best at walking and seeing... Not to mention Mengmeng who was sitting in the stroller with focused eyes and no smile. I clearly remember their presence and their laughter. Since my first visit to Kyoto (1979), the cherry blossoms have bloomed thirty-three times.

Wang Zijun
This is a part of the text selected by the author from his prose works written over more than 20 years. There are not many chapters, but it runs through the author's spiritual trajectory from a young girl to a destined life. It can be as small as a petal, as large as a boundless miracle. There is no rules to follow, but there are traces of self-made unity everywhere; it seems old-fashioned, but it is eclectic; there is no skill, but every word is ingenious; there are various flaws, but it is not as precious as pearls... This kind of writing cannot be classified in terms of style, but some critics once called it "Wang Zijun's prose phenomenon."

Chaoyan
This is a collection of prose essays. The author uses beautiful writing to record the growth process and spiritual trajectory of a woman who moved from the countryside to the city. At the same time, Maicailing is placed under the sky, and the compassion for worldly affairs is revealed everywhere: whether recording rural scenery and local civilization, or looking at relatives, friends and neighbors who are separated between urban and rural areas, they all present an endless dream, nostalgia, pain, injustice and confusion. Write down the inherent shape of the countryside in the years of mortal life, write down the gentle or cold imprint of worldly affairs, write down the many indelible images of walking on the road, and of course, also write down the joy and pain of the soul.

Take a Walk with an Art Master
Literature跟着美术大师漫步
Fan Wan
The author explains the masters and their works in the history of Chinese and foreign art in her eyes in the form of prose and essays. These works include "Interview with Su Shi in Sansu Temple", "Memories of Mi Fu", "Zijintang Ji", "Diary of a Madman", "The Da Vinci Code", "Giant", "Ship Arrives in Venice", "Song of the Earth", "See the Wind" "Room with a View", "Beautiful Girl, Please Turn Your Head", "Dancing with the Sunshine", "Distant Pursuit", "Let's Find a Light", "A House Stands on the Street", "Flying Crane", etc. The text is delicate and meaningful. It uses a woman's unique perspective and extremely perceptual understanding to evaluate the works of many Chinese and foreign art masters. It is different from ordinary painting reviews, allowing the brushstrokes of those masters to strike the soul and emit a noble and poetic voice, "on the quagmire of life, a graceful lotus blooms." After covering up, open the window and look up at the stars in the sky. You will think: the immortal masters of art are simple, not mysterious, and their souls are easier to approach than ordinary people.

Between the lines, touching stories of Mr. Tu's field trips are recorded, shining with Mr. Tu Guangchi's wisdom and selfless spirit of exploration, and full of Cai Fengying's love for Mr. Tu.

Noon Story
This book is the fifth in the "Noon" series, and is selected from the non-fiction platform "Noon" under Jiemian News. In the "Features" column, this issue recommends "Silly Girl" written by Luo Jieqi, which describes the ecology of an urban village in Guangzhou based on a rape case. "176 Defendants" writes about the absurdity in daily life. An ordinary community, an ordinary building, an ordinary person was hit to death by a brick. The police investigation yielded no results. Based on Article 87 of the Tort Liability Law, the residents of the building became defendants. In the "Essays" column, I recommend Zhang Yingying's "Plants Covering Shanghai", which describes a city from a unique perspective. This issue includes Fan Yusu's "Farmer Brother" and several essays with different styles. In this noon interview, Mei Feng talks about the adaptation of novels to movies, how to create the so-called "republican feeling", the glory and decline of "academicism", and his personal reading history.

"Hearing: Coffee Years & Vinyl Years" is a new collection of photography and cultural essays by the famous photographer Ruan Yi Zhong. In "Coffee Years", the author starts from the coffee-drinking habit he developed in his "small town youth" era, reviews the past experiences in cafes across Taiwan, records the different styles of cafe culture he encountered when he visited Europe, and introduces the experience of brewing coffee and appreciating coffee. It is full of fun and yet profound. In "The Vinyl Age", the author recalls how after "entering the world of classical music", he went from a layman to an amateur listener, and then gradually grew into a senior music fan with a collection of more than 10,000 vinyl records. During this period, the author's descriptions of old friends and stories that happened in Taiwan are equally moving.

Literature荷室夜话

The 53 chapters of "Reading History" are the continuation of the "Five Days of Beijing" in the upper part of the Western Han Dynasty, which spans nearly three hundred years of history and tells the story of the fall of the Eastern Han Dynasty, and the stories of the Three Kingdoms and the Two Jin Dynasties can only be seen in the second part of the book. "Interesting Stories from Life" contains 67 articles, all of which are about flowers, grass, insects, birds, scales, and beasts. Everything I come into contact with in my life is the object of my complaint. "Art Stories" contains 22 articles, usually each article tells a story and illustrates a point, such as a drop of water reflecting the brilliance of the sun. "Traveling South and North and Talking about East and West" contains 14 travel notes. Among them, Journey to the Southwest ends when it comes to Chongqing, because there are several "Chengdu Notes" in the upper part of the book. "Night Talk in the Lotus Room" has slanting branches and mixed content. It is more like a data book than a collection of essays. It is not formal and does not seek to understand clearly. Readers are asked to criticize and understand.
