Journey to the West is a classic if you look at it from the front, and it will become a classic of the time if you look at it backwards. This is a wonderful story involving team building and project management. A bad team will become an excellent team through continuous polishing, but an all-star team may also become a bad team. Looking at it from the outside, a gang turns into a team; looking at it backward, it turns into a gang into a team.
