I was determined to experience my own version of Acadian life. Since that summer day, I have been mentally prepared. I have learned to read "Flowers of Evil" while drinking fruit wine, and a whole continuous scene emerges in my mind. It's just that I didn't have a companion, so I was alone. In those two months, P City fully gave me unlimited space to indulge in freedom. In terms of weather alone, the broad swaths of sunny days and occasional moderate rains were the best combination in several years.
