"Going Deeper and Beyond: Contemporary Scholars on Ancient Chinese Literature" is a collection of essays that brings together 31 research papers on ancient Chinese literature by domestic representative scholars in recent years. These papers are scholars' in-depth study of academic issues in the fields they work in, either raising new questions or providing new insights into old issues. At the same time, they also reflect the thinking and expansion of the methods and vision of each scholar, or the inheritance of the methods of their predecessors, or the thinking and application of new methods, showing the transcendence of the predecessors scholars, and even the transcendence of self-research. The collection of essays reflects the academic height and depth of ancient literature research since the 21st century, and also demonstrates the academic feelings and academic wisdom of a generation of scholars.
