"Let Me Pass Through Your World" is written in the form of essays, adding two perspectives: "countryside" and "city". It looks at the hometown from the city and misses the distance from the hometown. The book is divided into four parts: "Hometown I Can't Return to", "Remembering is Gratitude", "Afraid of My Son Growing Up" and "Dispersed as I Walked Away". Passing by is a new state of existence; staying is an emotional expression; character design is a label of the times. This book reflects on the nostalgia, local accent, local flavor, local customs, nostalgia, hometown, and more characters and humanistic feelings between urban and rural areas; it reflects the inherent contradiction between individual development and social change in the context of the millennium era where "personality" is prevalent.
