Nanjing's local folkways, customs, living habits, and ways all have many similarities with my hometown, making it easy for people to feel close to it. After spending a long time with it, I was attracted by its history, context, temperament and charm. Palaces, government offices, schools, Buddhist temples, mansions and gardens can be seen everywhere in the city, as well as the sound of oars and lights on the Qinhuai River, the stars in the sky at the head of the stone city, the swallows in front of the hall in Wuyi Lane, the sunset weeds by the Suzaku Bridge... These will lead people's thoughts to the distant time and space. Nanjing's vigorous, resolute, simple, free and easy, gentle, graceful, elegant and desolate temperament and charm are also particularly fascinating and intoxicating.
