Director Jiao of Tiantai Mountain learned swordsmanship from a swordsman since he was a child. When he was eighteen years old, he became successful in swordsmanship. Then he followed his master's orders and went down the mountain to travel around the world to eliminate bad guys. This was the middle and late Tang Dynasty, when Emperor Wenzong of the Tang Dynasty was in power, and the eunuchs controlled the government. The country was in decline, and the country's power was declining. Wenzong and a group of courtiers were controlled by the eunuchs and could not implement policies and orders. When Director Jiao learned of this, he rushed to Chang'an, the capital, intending to assassinate a group of eunuchs and clear the air.
