This book is an academic work that combines history and theory with detailed information. It takes the stylistic forms of ancient Chinese novels, operas and other popular literature as its object, and examines their respective evolution processes of "birth, old age, illness and death", especially their characteristics in different historical periods; it constructs a system of research on the stylistic forms of ancient Chinese popular literature and proposes some more valuable sources such as "change" In the Western Regions, "The Tripitaka of the Tang Dynasty" was written in the late Northern Song Dynasty, the "Hui" in the Zhanghui novels was derived from the "pressing" of "talking" in the Tang and Song Dynasties, the Northern Zaju was founded in Dadu in the early Yuan Dynasty, and the Daoqing [playing children] originated from the Banshe Diao [Sha] in the Northern Song Dynasty. These new academic insights can serve as references for further research in the academic world.
