From the perspective of traditional Chinese philosophy, this book conducts a new combing and exploration of the main academic views of Li Zhi, the greatest thinker in the late Ming Dynasty, and systematically, comprehensively and concisely demonstrates Li Zhi's unique academic vision and outstanding theoretical achievements. This book not only makes major breakthroughs and innovations in terms of basic starting point, way of thinking, and research model, but also highlights many very valuable aspects that have been ignored in previous studies of the history of Chinese philosophy, especially Li Zhi's studies. For example, Li Zhi's name is anti-Confucianism, but he actually respects Confucianism, rectified the "name" of "faming religion", and believes that a true "good reputation" is rare and hard to find. This book attempts to be written in the style of travel notes, blending emotions with scenery, narrative and discussion, and innovates in the way of writing serious academic works.
