This book is taken from the works of Zhang Yinlin and Lu Simian. Since Mr. Zhang's book "Outline of Chinese History" was not completed, this book chose the history from the Qin Dynasty to the Western Han Dynasty written by Mr. Zhang Yinlin, and supplemented it with the history of the Eastern Han Dynasty written by Mr. Lu Simian. The two masters of history made strict selections and rejections of Chinese historical facts during the Qin and Han Dynasties based on their own historical views. They did not use complicated textual research or esoteric discussions. They only used storytelling to write about the changes in dynasties, social changes, ideological collisions and the activities of some important figures in the historical process during the Qin and Han Dynasties. The chapters are arranged concisely and appropriately, the text is used concisely and lively, and the thoughts are expressed thoroughly and clearly, revealing the author's talent and intention at any time.
