Most of the papers collected in this collection are a compilation of results since the implementation of the "Liangjiang Scholars" program for research on the literature and history of the Anti-Japanese War in Chongqing. They also include some of the phased results of the ongoing major bidding project of the National Social Science Fund "Research on the Construction of a Database of Literature and Historical Materials on the Rear Areas of the Anti-Japanese War", which to a certain extent reflect and represent the new results and new levels of research in this field.
