The anthology collects a total of 77 selected works by the author, with a total of about 200,000 words. The protagonists of the works are mostly farmers. The book is divided into three volumes. The first volume is about personal narratives, with about 29 articles. It mainly depicts the collective image of some successful rural and township enterprises, praises their fighting spirit, and records in detail the stories behind their success. The second volume is prose and essays, with about 33 articles, divided into family affairs, developing good habits of taking inventory, etc. It describes family affection, friendship, and love. "Let the text focus on local culture" and express the author's love for his hometown and life. The third volume is a review type, with about 15 articles. Mainly based on farmers, the author witnessed their move from rural areas to cities and established a foothold in the cities with their own abilities and wisdom, and expressed his admiration for them.
