The novel "The Man Who Came Out of the Red Sweet Potato Kiln" describes the growth and life history of a poor rural child in rural Xiguanzhong, Shaanxi Province. It takes the life experience of the protagonist Li Houpin as the main line. The art shows the protagonist and the villagers supporting each other and forging ahead in hardship, recreating the difficult years in the past and reflecting the valuable qualities of ordinary rural families who work hard and are positive in the face of hardship and adversity.
