This book was organized and compiled by Professor Zeng Fanguang based on his lectures throughout the province, with a total of about 430,000 words. The most outstanding feature of this book is the attempt to adopt a new style in writing, that is, the form of system plus topic. It uses the modern history of more than a hundred years as the time system, organizes topics according to time periods and events that occurred during it, and strives to explain it deeply and thoroughly.
