"Memories of Teachers and Friends" is one of the "Yu Yingshi's Works Series". This is a very meaningful "memoir", which contains Mr. Yu's words of remembering and commemorating his teachers and friends over decades. The objects of remembrance include not only Fairbank, Qian Zhongshu and Qian Mu, who are famous among readers, but also Liu Dazhong, Yu Jizhong, Wu Huoshi and other famous names in the academic, journalistic and even economic circles in overseas Hong Kong and Taiwan.
