This book is a collection of lyrics. It has selected more than 300 of the more than 1,000 lyrics written by the author in the past twenty years. It consists of 16 collections, including China in the Golden Age, Sunrise in the East, Singing in the Times, High Heaven and Earth, Beautiful Lands, Rivers and Lakes, Love Is Speechless, and the World Is Safe. The themes are rich and extensive, and the content is positive and full of positive energy. Each lyric is an independent poem, from which readers can feel the interest of language art and the energy of thought. They can follow the author's description, sometimes overlooking the vast mountains and rivers, sometimes looking up at the white clouds and blue sky, sometimes having conversations with ancient sages, and sometimes having heart-to-heart conversations with today's people. Some of these songs were used as TV music tributes to the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the theme song of the CCTV feature film "Science in China". These lyrics were sung by famous singers such as Jiang Dawei, Mao Amin, Song Zuying, Wang Lida, and Yu Fenglan. The book also includes the author's works about missing his hometown, pursuing family ties, and praising his youth. As the title of the book says: The years of singing are just because he was born in this great era.
