Gathering Green from the Red Dust
Literature红尘拾翠
Yang Xizhen
This collection is divided into two parts: "Gathering Emeralds from the Red Dust" and "Fleeing Emotions". "Collecting Green from the Red Dust" includes flash novels and short novels. These novels approach the theme from different entry points, either focusing on people's livelihood, describing human nature, praising heroes, or remembering family ties. The writing is delicate, short and concise, and natural and smooth. The ending is often written in a way that is "both reasonable and unexpected". "Fleeing Emotions" is divided into modern poetry, ancient poetry and essays. In modern poetry, I transform women's tenderness and emotions into a series of lines of poetry, describing the true meaning of love and the yearning, pursuit and feeling of love, and showing readers a lingering emotional world. In ancient poetry, I approach the theme from different angles, either praising the motherland, singing songs to heroes, paying homage to relatives, describing flowers, plants and trees, or recording wind, frost, rain and snow. Bit by bit, it is refreshing and inspiring.
