"Literature as a Career" is a literary dialogue between three "post-80s" scholars. This dialogue starts from my own reading experience, literary taste, and knowledge-based construction, and explores the life implications and mission of taking "literature as a career" in the current context. On this basis, the dialogue discusses a series of topics from recent to distant, such as "Historical Writing in the New Century", "Literature of the 1980s", "Socialist Literature", "Modern Literary Tradition" and "Memorandum for Future Literature".
