Throughout the dynasties, all poets who could write poetry included drinking in their poems. Su Dongpo of the Song Dynasty, in addition to "relieving sorrow and relieving boredom", also added infinite wildness and friendship in his drinking poems, opening up a new first-class drinking style for later generations of literati. "Asking the blue sky with wine", "Life is like a dream, a bottle of wine returns the moonlight over the river", "The spirit of wine is still open to the public", pushing the wine culture to another peak. Scholars such as Lu You, Xin Qiji, and Li Qingzhao in the Song Dynasty also wrote a large number of "wine poems", which not only expanded the subject matter of wine culture, but also deepened the connotation of wine culture, leaving us with precious wine cultural heritage. Just as the essence of Chinese wine culture is that "a drunkard's intention is not in wine", in the poet's writings, wine is the carrier of emotion, which is vividly displayed in the poem.
