There is nothing new in a hundred nights of gossip, and the ghostly talk of the past is still deep in the soul. There is no way that order can last forever, and all kinds of nightmares can arise if one's heartstrings move.

How is connection possible in vastly different universes? How is balance achieved? How is love expressed on a more than human scale? Borrowing the imagery from ancient Chinese mythology and combining it with the imagination of modern science fiction, a fable about the self-knowledge of the universe is created.
