The study of local history is an important cultural project, which has important strategic significance for excavating and sorting out local history and culture, carrying forward regional cultural spirit, and promoting sound and rapid economic and social development. It is very meaningful for Mr. Wu Zhongli to reorganize some of the articles he wrote during his 30 years of research on Ningxia history and local chronicles and guide the compilation of various new local chronicles at all levels in the autonomous region, collect them into a volume, and publish them publicly for the benefit of readers.
