"Research on Luo Feng and Bai Lang" is an academic research work on the Northeastern exile writers Luo Feng and Bai Lang created by critic Wu Xiaoyan in recent years. It is also one of the research volumes of the "Northeast Exile Literature Historical Materials and Research Series" edited by Zhang Fugui. The book is divided into three parts, including "Part One: Overview of Creation and Research", "Part Two: Research on Bai Lang's Creation" and "Part Two: Research on Luo Feng's Creation". The first part mainly tells the creative experiences of Luo Feng and Bai Lang and the current academic research on their works; the middle part mainly analyzes the creative characteristics of Bai Lang's short stories, essays and reportage, and places her in the female writing group for a longitudinal investigation; the second part mainly studies the characteristics of Luo Feng's novels and Luo Feng's dual continuation of Lu Xun's local writing and intellectual spirit, and deeply analyzes the spiritual consciousness in Luo Feng's works.

The so-called perspective actually first includes the author's standpoint, perspective or "expected intention". Secondly, it is also determined by the complexity of contemporary Chinese literature. Therefore, this book uses multiple cultural perspectives, cultural research, aesthetic exploration, psychoanalysis, narrative close reading, etc. To explore issues such as contemporary industrial literary creation, urban literary creation, the folk form of literature in the 1970s, and the complexity of the creative experience of contemporary writers.
