"History of Chinese Poetry Research (Tang Dynasty Volume)" is based on the new century and comprehensively sorts out the achievements in the study of Tang Dynasty poetry in the 20th century. The book is divided into three parts, prefaced by era, respectively examining the achievements in the study of Tang poetry in the first half of the 20th century, the 1950s-1970s, and the last two decades of the 20th century. Each part involves literature collection, research on poets' life stories, research on important poets, research methods, main characteristics of research, etc. It provides a relatively comprehensive reflection on the history of research on Tang Dynasty poetry in the 20th century, and has important reference significance for the current research on Tang Dynasty poetry.

Yuefu Studies is a specialized study of ancient literature, juxtaposed with the Study of the Book of Songs, the Study of Chu Ci, the Study of Ci, and the Study of Qu. This book systematically explains for the first time the basic concepts, basic methods, basic history and basic classics of Yuefu Studies. The first two chapters expound the basic concepts and methods, advocating focusing on the study of Yuefu activities and investigating from three levels: literature, music, and literature. The goal is to describe the occurrence, development, and changes of Yuefu poetry as well as the characteristics of music and literature as clearly as possible. The last three chapters review the development of Yuefu studies from the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, and explain the general development of Yuefu studies in three stages: Han, Tang, Song and Qing, and modern times.
