This book mainly starts from the perspective of the relationship between the Manchurian Railway and the League of Nations investigation team. It focuses on the activities of the Manchurian Railway during the period when the League of Nations investigation team came to China to investigate after the September 18th Incident. Based on the analysis and organization of a large number of Japanese original archives, it combines the international background and Japan at that time.
