As the scope of "art" becomes wider and wider, ancient Chinese "craftsmen" and the "cultural relics" they once produced for different purposes with various functions have attracted more and more attention from different academic fields related to art. The reason for this is that the large amount of information it reveals not only confirms the records of the documents and makes up for the shortcomings of the documents, but to a greater extent, it even exists directly as a cultural relic, making us feel that it is sometimes almost more real than words. Regardless of the purpose of the "craftsmen" and whether the products they produced were considered "art" at the time, just from the perspective of craftsmanship or aesthetics, we can still be keenly aware and feel that there are a large number of rich artistic and modeling issues, and even the emotional expression of the maker. It is precisely for this reason that they have been included in the category of "art" one after another and in different categories. In fact, there are already a large number and variety of "craftsman" works handed down from generation to generation, and with the continued archaeological activities, a large number of "cultural relics" are still being unearthed. The new archaeological discoveries also give us a new understanding and perspective on the history of "craftsmen" and their works. This book explores and researches those producers and works.
