Zhao Haibin, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in Zhangwu County, Liaoning Province on December 31, 1977. He is a farmer and poetry lover. Since he came into contact with metrical poetry in 2011, he has written more than 1,000 poems so far, which have been published in more than 70 poetry magazines across the country.
