Tomb Raider Notes Fan: Passerby's Road to Survival
Short Fiction盗墓笔记同人:路人甲的求生之路
Writer0nxdg3
I am not Wu Xie, I do not have a family background of three generations of tomb robbers; I am not Zhang Qiling, I do not have the immortal Qilin bloodline; I am not even Jie Yuchen, I do not have the financial power to control the nine sects. I am just a "passer-by", the lowest level person in the tomb robbing industry - a horseman responsible for looking out, carrying equipment, and exploring the road. During the catastrophe at Qixinglu Palace, I was the only one in the entire team who managed to crawl out with a bronze rubbing taken from the pile of corpses in my arms. Later I learned that only 150 of these rubbings would appear in every million tomb robberies. They are scattered in the most dangerous tombs in the world, connected to an ultimate secret that "it" tries hard to hide. But I, a little person who just wanted to "wash my hands" and retire, was forced to embark on a desperate journey to collect 150 rubbings. Every rubbing brings me one step closer to the truth and one step closer to death. This is the struggle of a small person, the survival of an ant, and the bloody way a passerby fights for his own survival in the gap between giant beasts.
