Here, we have to face tedious experiments, complex data analysis, inexplicable experimental results and various boring meetings, which make us full of "fun". First, we have to face the laboratory life that we have to endure for many years. If you're lucky, you'll get a lab and a group of enthusiastic classmates to help you conduct experiments. However, if you are unlucky, you may be designated as a "lone researcher" and you will need to face all experiments alone and be responsible for your own results. Of course, in this process, you also need to face various unexpected experimental results, which sometimes make you feel annoyed and helpless. Secondly, we have to face various complex data analysis. We need to analyze huge amounts of data and use various software and algorithms to transform the data into useful information. This may sound simple, but in reality, it took us hours to adjust parameters and run the program, and the process was full of magic. Finally, we have all kinds of boring meetings. These meetings are for us to network and show them our research and let us know how 'cool' our stuff is.
