"Belated Controversy" is a novel with great tension. The story revolves around a bizarre case that happened many years ago. The protagonist Lin Yu, a persistent young lawyer, took over the case despite pressure from all parties. During the investigation process, he not only had to face obstruction from mysterious forces, but also faced doubts from public opinion. Lin Yu's friend, reporter Su Yao, silently supports him behind the scenes and provides him with key clues. As the investigation deepens, shocking truths emerge one after another. The relationships between the characters involved are complicated, and the entanglements of interests behind them are even more staggering. In the battle between truth and lies, the good and evil of human nature are vividly displayed. The Belated Controversy is not only a discussion of the case itself, but also an in-depth reflection on justice, morality and social reality, allowing readers to feel the complexity of human nature and the multifaceted nature of society in the ups and downs of the plot.
