Tenants of This Dangerous Building, Please Don't Knock on My Door

Writer 2i8y09

Lin Mo, a poor student who just graduated, moved into a cheap old red brick building. The landlord left three strict rules: don't open the door after ten o'clock, don't answer calls, and don't look out the window. There were knocks on the door in the middle of the night, calls that knew his name, strange footprints in the corridor... He discovered that the previous tenants could not survive more than three months, and the "knocker" was actually a lonely soul from the Republic of China who was sealed at the bottom of the building. When everyone advised him to run away, he took the initiative to open the door late at night. It turns out that the antidote to the curse is to listen and remember.
