This manuscript is part of Hunan Women's University's "Chinese and Foreign Women's Literature Research Series". The manuscript focuses on research on Eileen Chang in the English-speaking world. The study of Zhang Ailing in the English-speaking world has become a frontier topic of Zhang Ailing research since the end of the 20th century. It is a brand-new and quite meaningful topic. Although the research results on Zhang Ailing are very rich, no Chinese scholar has yet systematically collected and organized the research on Zhang Ailing in the English-speaking world. Starting from this point, the author extensively collected original English materials and translated them into Chinese by himself. The literature materials have a certain degree of originality and scarcity. By introducing the research results of Zhang Ailing that have not been widely introduced by some scholars in the English-speaking world, the author fills some gaps in the domestic research on Zhang Ailing.
