Long Path Shimmer
Modern Romance繁径微光
Wen Wuer
She was originally a closed and timid orphan, but accidentally traveled to Jiangnan embroidery workshop and met an intangible cultural heritage embroiderer. The embroiderer taught her that "embroidery hides the heart, gentleness and power", and improved her embroidery skills; she met a volunteer teacher in a border town, and witnessed the teacher's persistence in nurturing children at the grassroots level, which shocked her heart; she met handmade craftsmen in the old streets and alleys, and felt the craftsmen's persistence in their original aspirations and their enthusiasm for their neighbors. She was confused by her status as a "foreigner", but she was always healed by the kindness of the people around her. Every warmth she encountered across the world became the confidence for her to nurture others; and the process of nurturing others also made her own life flourish.
