Zhu Yingdan is a representative poet among the Beijing literati group. His poetry creation and poetry theoretical criticism are a valuable modern poetics resource that needs to be developed. This book is divided into three parts: a comprehensive review and monograph of Zhu Yingdan's poetry, a comparative study of Zhu Yingdan's poetry and Chinese and foreign poetry traditions, and a study of Zhu Yingdan's poetry theory and criticism.
