Taking the diachronic investigation and analysis of the narrative perspective, person-changing mechanism and narrative function of Mo Yan's novels as the starting point, the manuscript conducts a comprehensive and systematic investigation of the narrative style of Mo Yan's novels, and conducts appropriate rhetorical and academic rational research on the aesthetic style achieved through the narrative efforts of Mo Yan's novels. The whole book consists of introduction, main body and conclusion. The introduction part briefly introduces the status of creation and research of Mo Yan's novels and the perspective of this study. The ten chapters of the main text analyze the reference and transcendence of Mo Yan's novel narratives on Chinese and foreign literary narrative traditions, sort out the formal and spiritual connections and changes in the narratives of Mo Yan's previous and later novels, explore the narrative perspective experiments, person mechanism characteristics and the aesthetic effects achieved in Mo Yan's novels in different periods, summarize and propose Mo Yan's novels. Talk about several personal perspective mechanisms of narrative (such as compound personal perspective, extreme person switching, scattered perspective, "object perspective", perspective superposition and horizon hybridity, etc.) And narrative structure modes (such as "self-directed thinking" narrative, polyphonic narrative, carnival narrative, narrative empathy, stylistic hybridity, sojourn narrative and dialogue narrative, etc.
