Taiwan borders the Pacific Ocean to the east, the Bashi Strait to the south, the Ryukyu Islands to the north, and Fujian across the sea to the west. It has rich real estate, pleasant scenery, and rich culture. It has always been called the "Chinese Treasure Island." Since ancient times, Taiwan has been an inalienable part of China's sacred territory. In ancient Chinese literature, Taiwan was called "Yingzhou", "Yizhou", "Liuqiu", etc. In the Yuan Dynasty, a governor's department was established in Penghu. After Zheng Chenggong recovered Taiwan in the Ming Dynasty, he established Dongning Province and Chengtian Prefecture. During the Qing Dynasty, Zheng Chenggong's descendants established Taiwan Prefecture and Taixia Road in Taiwan. Later, the Qing government changed the name to Taiwan Province, and the name Taiwan was officially determined, and it has been used to this day.
