This collection includes more than twenty papers published by me since the 1980s, organized into groups according to research themes. The first group is papers on the mining and metallurgy industry in the Song Dynasty, which mainly involves the mining and metallurgy industry technology, mining and metallurgy industry institutions and management policies, production and operations in the Song Dynasty. Many of the articles are only published in thesis collection, so readers' search is limited. The second group includes papers on the metal manufacturing industry in the Song Dynasty, which mainly discusses the establishment, management and production functions of Duzuo Yuan and Wensi Yuan, the two major government-run handicraft institutions in the Song Dynasty. The third group includes papers on emergencies in the mining and metallurgy industry in the Song Dynasty and government responses, which explore natural disasters in mines and mining accidents caused by human factors and the various response measures taken by the government. The fourth group of papers are various other articles, including reading notes, corrections and other miscellaneous works.
