"Modern Seal Engravers' Dianjianglu" is a collection of essays written by the famous scholar Wang Jiakui using the previous generation's "Dianjianglu" style to comment on nearly two hundred seal carvers who were active in the 20th century. The style is old, the language is white and white, and the diction is elegant and sensible. Most of them involve literature and scriptures, and even though they are anecdotes, they are well-documented. The viewpoints of the Yuedan figures are throughout, echoing back and forth, like a response. The whole book is organized and wonderful.
