Wang Dequan
In the 1980s, four literary young people came out of Baicheng City in the west of Jilin Province. They all later came to develop on the Changchun Railway. They were once jokingly called the "Four Great Talents", including Mr. Wang Dequan. Among the four, Ning Wenlin, Yang Yonghuai, and Chen Jiuquan specialize in novels, and have published novels in publications such as Writers, Yalu River, Spring Breeze Literature and Art, Qingming, and China Railway Literature. Only Mr. Wang Dequan, although he also wrote novels, had a special liking for prose creation. Moreover, his prose became better and better as he wrote, and his influence became greater and greater. Not only has it been published in publications such as "China Railway Literature", "Liaoning Prose", and "Selected Prose", but it also won the second prize of the 2011 Beijing Chinese Literature Pen Association at Home and Abroad.
