The dark night is always tightly covered by a web of nightmares. She was like being trapped on a merry-go-round with no exit. Every time she closed her eyes, those vague and sharp fears would come to her on time - sometimes it was the figure from behind that could not be caught up, sometimes it was the weightlessness of falling, and sometimes it was just a blackness that was overwhelming and breathless. When the cold sweat soaked her pajamas, the moonlight outside the window had just climbed onto the windowsill, but her hands holding the corner of the quilt were still shaking, and her heartbeat made her chest hurt, as if it was trying to knock a hole out of her thin body.
