In 2077, the Chinese quantum computer "Jiuzhang-3" lost control and generated a "quantum fog" that swallowed matter over the North China Plain. The survivors discovered that there were projections of ancient civilization ruins in the fog, and each ruin sealed a different version of the "future of mankind." The protagonist Lin Shen (former Beidou navigation engineer) picked up half a piece of Warring States jade in the ruins, and accidentally activated the "quantum observer" ability - by touching the object, he can briefly glimpse the memory of parallel time and space. When he saw the huge bronze coffin of Qin Shihuang's Mausoleum emerging from the mist, he discovered that what was sleeping inside the coffin was actually his own face...
