It records a solo trip across Asia and Europe - across seven countries: Iran, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, and the Czech Republic. There are scenes and people during the journey; there are cultures of various countries: Greek mythology, Italian opera, Spanish flamenco; there are various emotional experiences: the excitement of catching a cross-border cruise at the last second, the romantic drinking of two people on the Aegean Sea, the pride of rescuing someone from the police, the satisfaction of running a marathon alone, on a hot air balloon The novelty of watching the sunrise is of course also accompanied by the annoyance of missing the plane, the self-blame of having my credit card stolen, and the thrill of being robbed on the street... In addition, during this trip, I took a total of more than 16,000 photos, of which I selected 500 as illustrations for this book. Thanks to electronic publishing, if it is a physical book, it may be difficult for me to put 500 photos in a book, although choosing 500 out of 16,000 is actually very painful and entangled. I try not to treat it just as a 44-day travelogue to 7 countries, but to try my best to learn more about these countries, their past and present, through recording and thinking.
