This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China and the People's Political Consultative Conference, and this book has been specially compiled to commemorate it. In recent years, the Tianjin Heping District CPPCC has collected and published a number of literature and history books in line with the policy of "preserving history, assisting government, uniting and educating people". This book is a compilation of these books published from 2007 to 2019. This book contains a total of 69 articles, divided into 10 columns, covering Tianjin's famous places such as Zizhulin, Haiguang Temple, Xiaobailou, Tianjin's time-honored brands, old banks, old schools, old restaurants, Tianjin's century-old shipping, cultural celebrities, anti-Japanese war history, etc. It aims to tell the story of Tianjin well, inherit history and culture, and promote the development of cultural tourism.
